What is the shipping policy?

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that our fulfillment team has received your order and once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email
notification with your tracking information.

How long is the delivery?

Local Delivery - Within Toronto

Orders received before 11 AM EST will be delivered next
business day.

UPS Standard - Within Canada

Alberta - 3-4 business days

BC/Saskatchewan - 5 business days

Manitoba - 2-4 business days

Ontario - 1-2 business days

Eastern Canada - 2-3 business days

Do you offer pickup?

Yes, pickup from our location is
free of charge. Once your order is ready, you will be receiving a Ready for Pickup email, then you will be able to pickup your order from our location.

Returns

Coffee

We do not accept returns on roasted coffee, but if you are not happy with your purchase don’t hesitate to contact us and we will do our best to assist you.

Merchandise

We can exchange any faulty or broken merchandise or accessories orders within 30 days of the receipt date. Please send us an email with as many details to arrange a replacement order.
